You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
We do not consider a change of mind as a reasonable request for a refund.
However, under special circumstances, we could offer a replacement or store credit. If there are any costs incurred with replacing an item, this may be charged at the customer's expense.
On orders that are eligible for a refund, replacement or store credit, the customer is required to return the product, unopened, unused and is required to pay for the return shipping.
We do not issue refunds on items that have been opened and used, except if they have been delivered damaged or defective.
Over the weekend we usually receive a lot of orders, and although the fulfilment team starts work on Sunday night to begin clearing the orders and preparing your delivery, in very rare cases - such as a sale or unforeseen circumstance, your order may be shipped on a Tuesday.
